Return and Refund Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Talia Treasures! We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for orders placed on taliatreasures.com



1. Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the date you received your order for a refund, exchange, or store credit. 



2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
     
  • All tags must still be attached.
     
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
     
  • Final Sale or clearance items are not eligible for return (unless defective).
     


3. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Support team at (customercare@taliatreasures.com) with your order number and reason for return.
     
  2. We’ll provide you with instructions and a return authorization.
     
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided.
     

         Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (defective or incorrect item).



4. Refunds & Store Credit

            Once your return is received and inspected:


  • We will notify you via email of the status of your refund.
     
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days of receipt.
     
  • If you choose, you may opt for store credit instead of a refund.
     
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless return results from our error).
     


5. Exchanges

           We gladly exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange:


  • Return the original item following the process above.
     
  • Place a new order for your desired item, or contact us to assist with availability.


 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

           If you received a damaged or incorrect item:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
     
  2. We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping — no additional cost to you.
     


7. International Returns

International returns follow the same process, but customers are responsible for international return shipping fees. Customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.
